Rights Guarantee

The Legal Accountant Platform guarantees the rights of both parties when they adhere to the terms and conditions and when the agreement between them is completely clear from the beginning.

  • We guarantee the project owner's rights for 14 days after their approval of receiving the project, so it is necessary to ensure the integrity and completeness of the work before acceptance.
  • Sharing any private personal or banking data with users is the user's responsibility, and this does not relate to any payment transactions made by the user on the platform, as those are 100% secured and do not constitute data sharing.

Request for Personal Documents

  • We sometimes request the user to verify their account with personal identification. This is a routine procedure and we may request it from all users on the platform to achieve a safe working environment. For more clarification on the reasons for requesting documents, please contact us.
  • CAHub team may suspend some account features when there is suspicion or violation of the terms, and the platform has the right to request personal documents from the user proving their identity, as well as documents may be requested to verify ownership of bank accounts or credit cards.

Financial Transactions

Payment

The project owner must pay the project value using the payment methods available within the platform. If the service provider requests a direct transfer to them, please report this through the help center.

Fees

If the project owner decides to accept an offer from one of the service providers and start working with them, this will require charging their balance with the amount specified by the service provider in the offer.

Payment Recovery

When any project is cancelled, its price automatically returns to the project owner's account on the Legal Accountant Platform and they can use it for other projects. You can check your balance through the balance page.

Payment Recovery to Bank Account

  • If the project owner wants to recover the balance to their bank account after canceling the project, this is done by contacting us through the help center.
  • The balance recovery must be requested within a period not exceeding 90 days, after this period it will not be possible to recover the balance.
  • We recover amounts to the card or account from which it was charged and cannot be recovered to another account.

Financial Transactions

Platform Commission

The platform deducts a commission of 10% from the transaction achieved by the service provider.

The service provider may not request the project owner to pay the commission or refer to it. They must submit their final offer directly after taking into consideration the platform commission that will be deducted from the amount specified in the offer.

Profit Withdrawal

Service provider amounts can be withdrawn by submitting a request to the platform in the service provider's control panel and it will be transferred directly to the service provider's account registered on the platform. In all cases, the platform will transfer it periodically so that it does not exceed 40 business days.
